10 Actively Charting
All Language Edition
Welcome
A fertility awareness curse for charting your cycle, preventing or postponing pregnancy naturally and beyond.
Welcome
For whatever reason led you to this course, I want to welcome you!
Charting your cycle is such a beautiful skill to learn and practice — for body literacy, to be present in your body, to connect with your natural cycle, to experience the ebbs and flows of your hormones and ultimately reconnect with your feminine nature.
I believe wholeheartedly that if women are searching for natural birth control (or just how their body works!) they should be able to access this information easily, quickly and affordably wherever they are in the world.
This fertility awareness self study course is a personalized learning tool, a resource, something to have and refer back to — that’s dedicated to You and your journey.
Within the lessons you will learn how to practice the Fertility Awareness Method, and with this knowledge you will be able to prevent or postpone pregnancy naturally (without synthetic hormones) and beyond, with the possibility of a conscious conception.
I suggest dedicating one week per lesson — enough time to read through and digest the information before progressing. But ultimately, please feel free to go at your own pace! Look out for the >> Action Step to implement after each lesson. This will allow you to prepare for the following lesson and begin putting into practice your new knowledge.
It’s my hope that you find the information and lessons helpful on your journey.
Much love,
Jess
